brunette, i had my blonde for the summer and although it attracts attention i feel much more comfortable as a brunette, its almost like if your not naturally blonnde dying your hair blonde makes u look like u are looking for attention or insecure... not true for everyone at all, thats just how i felt.

Go with something close to your natural color...better for regrowth and being able to say, 'yeah, it's natural' when you get a compliment. Choose a color that will add a bit of depth to your shade and pick up light for shine. Your natural color matches your skin tone. You can never go wrong with something close to your natural color.

Conversly, if you're going for a funky fashion look, ignore me.

Ask yourself some questions though first: what's my skin tone, how conservative or liberal is my job, what's my fashion style and what message do I want to send out to others and how much upkeep do I want to do.

It all depends on what type of skin tone you have. If you're light skinned try you should try all three. If you're medium toned try blonde or brunette. If your dark skinned try brunette.
