I have red hair, i want to go blonde...if i used a single process color blonde...?

would it turn out or would i have red undertones. if so i would like to know what a hair color "modifier" is (i think thats what its called). also, if you know anything about manic panic hair lightining 40 (or something) or if you have used it i would like information on that....thanx, im relying on u

i think anything works and get some thing cheap so when you wash a lot it starts coming out. trust me like every month i am a different color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not do this at home, but you can go blonde for sure, and if it's a light red, no problem with single process, 30 or 40 vol.

my friend owns a salon in manhattan. avoid golden blonde tones as there will be gold tones in your red hair. also to lighten to much would turn it pink so go to a salaon 1st time to see what shade of blonde they do. I think however you can get that home kits of highlighting with the special paint brush to highlight would be nice on it and more natural.. and easier to keep up
