Semi-Permanent dye over Bleached hair?

I have naturally copper-brown hair that i usually dye with a semi-permanent red hair dye every few months to give it a boost. A while ago i bleached streaks into my hair. Now I want to use the semi-permanent hair dye.

I usually use Clarol's "Colorflirt", which specifically says "do not use on lightened or bleached hair"... but it doesn't say why?

How will the dye and bleach react? Will the bleach turn like neon-orange will the rest of my hair only gets a reddish boost? Will it ever wash out???

Is it worth testing?

bleached hair is very "thirsty" the temp. will stain and will not rinse completely. also depending on how light it is and the base color of the dye it could turn a crazy orange/red shade while the rest of your hair will look the same as it always has when you color it. It could turn out great with a multi tonal look you should just do a test strand on an inconspicuous blond streak and see how it goes just remember it may not come out of the blond

Test a small chunk, it probably will just make your hair dry-ish.
