Blonde going to red hair...advice? tips?

well im a natural blonde, but i love experimenting with my hair and trying new colors.....except red! ive always wanted to try red, and i finally have the guts to try it, so whats some good advice/warnings/tips for me before i do it??

oh--i also just tried a semi-perm red color(it already washed out for the most part) but i LOVED the color it was before it did...should i go for demi perm or just permanant?

any advice is greatly appreciated!!:)

ok. well i woulds say to try doing it with a washable color first to see how it looks like. if it works go0d go for it..its your choice. but if your hair is blonde. i say you just leave it like that. blonde is preety..well if its natural. but then again if your tired of your hair and you need a change then yea i guess you should go for the red hair. But have you ever thought about highlights. you know light brown with highlights.

I have really light blonde hair and tried to color it strawberry blonde once and it turned out kind of pink, luckily it washed out fairly quickly! But if you already experimented and liked the color I say go for the permanent so it will last. Good luck.

well i havnt a clue what demi perminate are

i uded demi highlights and they wouldnt come out so i dyed over then but maybe that was just the colour of them

i would recomend dying your hair perminate brown quite a dark colour

then waiting a little bit

so not to damage your hair

then dye it red

with blonde it could go a orangey colour easily

mine went ginger

it was not pritty

dye it brown

thats the best option

if you really want red do it perminate

if not do it semi

and if you like it after that you can do it perminate
