Thick hair round face NEED shorter hair, that would look fine with my round face. NO SHAG!?

I have thick (I MEAN REALLY THICK! it takes 2 or 3 ponytail holders to keep it up in a ponytail) red hair, that falls about an inch below my shoulder blades. I am starting marching band this upcoming summer, and the place we practice on is called the frying pan (an egg has actually been fried i on it). I would prefer not to die from heat, because my hair makes me hot already... any suggestions... PLEASE!

long hair looks better with a round face

so dont cut it too short

they have special scissors that can make your hair thinner so u could go to a hair salon and ask them to thin your hair ( =

ALL THE BEST,

GOOD LUCK!

Hey, I have relatively thick hair too, and a round face. A suggestion is to go about chin length at the front, and have it shorter and layered in the back. Bangs are an option, if you like, but I wouldn't do that. If you're also interested in a more stylish look, you could have it so one side of the front of your hair is about an inch longer then the other. That's the way mine is cut, but of course, it matches my pink hair. =P Hope this helped, any questions my email is pinkfrogsarecool@gmail.com. Feel free to contact me.
