Temporary hair dye?

I have red hair, and I want to see what it looks like brunette. Is there any temporary hair dye that doesn't last that long that I can try. Thanks much.

Temporary hair dye?

The semi permanent dyes, like natural instincts.. will color over red to a brown shade, but you risk never getting it back to your shade of red. Semi colors take longer to fade or wash out when you darken the hair. Since it would be covering the red with a darker color. It is hard to cover natural red, unless you go for a dark brown. If your color messes up or you want to get rid of it, buy this product called "color oops" at CVS or other drugstores. It will get you back to rnatural color or close to it. Any home coloring has a risk, so just be cautious. I'm sure you have beautiful red hair.

They have hair dyes that you can buy in the store that wash out in like 30 washes which if you wash your hair everyday is 30 days. My science teacher used that but her hair was so blonde she dyed it red and the blonde came back in a few days. so it could come out in only a few days if you would like to try those. I think you can buy the hair dyes at CVS. Hope i helped!

I use Natural Instincts when I want to go from strawberry blonde to dark auburn. You'll have to experiment though because I've used brunette dyes that were temporary before and the dye didn't take very well.
